WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Velocity Mortgage Capital, a direct portfolio lender dedicated exclusively to providing home loans through independent mortgage brokers, will sponsor a “Funding Feud” game show at NAMB National. The event will be hosted by award-winning actor and TV personality John O’Hurley, best known for the role of J. Peterman in Seinfeld and as the fifth host of the Family Feud game show. The event will take place on Saturday, September 14 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas as part of NAMB National, the premier conference in the United States for mortgage professionals.
Based on the popular game show, the “Funding Feud” will feature two teams of five participants each. Teams will be tested on their knowledge of how real estate investors find, assess and select investment properties, brokers and mortgage programs. The game will reveal findings from WIN, Velocity’s real estate investor research on “what investors need” to be successful. Each member of the winning team will receive free entry to the 2020 NAMB National, one night of hotel accommodation and $ 500 in cash.
“Velocity is dedicated to helping brokers attract new customers and grow their businesses,” said Michael Oddi, director of marketing for Velocity Mortgage Capital. “Understanding what real estate investors need to be successful is key to serving them as clients. So we wanted to present the results of our research in a more engaging format that encourages brokers to learn. ”
Velocity will post the full results of the WIN survey on its website immediately following the event for brokers who wish to take advantage of it.
